I’m so worried when it comes to tablets & especially looking after my LO does anyone know if it’s safe to take 1 Codeine Phosphate 30mg tablet & 1 Ibuprofen 200mg tablet together please ???

Those are safe for expressing/breastfeeding so long as you're not taking them long term. Very low amounts make it into milk. Aspirin isn't okay (just mentioning)

Codeine often comes with paracetamol or ibuprofen in it. If you're taking two different medications, be sure that you aren't doubling up on one ingredient.

You'll be done to take codeine with ibuprofen too. Ask a pharmacist specifically if you're still worried.
