Yep I literally have to speed walk to the bathroom but I’ve accepted that depends are going to be necessary especially during postpartum. They make them a little cuter now anyway lol

Yes wearing my depends underwear

Same girl! Now I get it when I hear stories of women going to the hospital because they've mistaken urine for amniotic fluid. 🤦‍♀️

I'm going to try to avoid that by remembering it is always going to be urine unless accompanied by gradually intensifying contractions!

this isn’t turn either. My friend water broke at 30 weeks not completely but she thought she was peeing herself. For a whole week. She ended up having 30 percent fluid left no contractions

Geez!! That's crazy! I had no idea your water could break without sending you into active labor!

Yes! Have been this way for weeks. It doesn't happen all the time but it's like a roll of the dice everytime. On Christmas Eve my brother and I were cracking up and I actually peed my pants from laughing so hard....like I had to borrow pants from my mom 😬😬

Yep! I have to wear a Pose pad or panty liner daily because no matter how frequently I use the restroom throughout the day, the leakage is uncontrollable. This is also my 2nd child so my muscles are already weakened from the 1st pregnancy. My OB admitted me to labor and delivery around 23 weeks because I thought my water broke and after they ran a few test, they said I just peed on myself, thankfully. I told my mom and boyfriend that I’ve never been happier to pee on myself 😅 I literally went to the bathroom and felt like I emptied my bladder, then walked downstairs and the urine just kept pouring out. I even peed myself on the way to the hospital and on the elevator in the hospital. It just wouldn’t stop. I was embarrassed but they said it’s common and I did the right thing by calling the advice nurse. Better safe than sorry. The doctor just suggested that I use the restroom every 1-2 hours and that has helped.

If you can seek out a pelvic floor physical therapist, this will help tremendously. The good news is that it is completely workable and reversible, and the answer is not just Keagle, but much more complex!

Because I was a weightlifter for many years my pelvic floor is extremely tight however, I had trouble relaxing it, which is a key component of birth and labor. I do a lot of exercises to teach me to relax my pelvic floor because it is overly developed and very strong, but Needs work on relaxing.

. I only leak when I cough three or more times, and that is because I’m not relaxing when I need to.

It will be covered by insurance with a minimal co-pay!
