Hylands baby mucus and cold relief

Does anyone use or recommend hylands mucus or cold relief for baby and/or toddler? My baby is going to be 6 months old toddler 2 and some change both have the fun daycare cough and runny noses

I used it for my 6 month old daughter and I think it worked! But we were also doing a lot of other things (humidifier, saline spray, nose suction, etc.) so it could’ve been a combination of things. I like their products though, I have used the teething tablets and they have been helping
