Have you counted how many movements of jabs? Drink some cold water and lay on your side. I believe it’s still 10 in 1 hour is considered normal. But obviously if you are still worried or have something concerning like bleeding go be seen! Better safe than sorry

Were you super active today? I have noticed when I’m super active or I’m just walking a lot the baby moves less and sometimes I get aches around my stomach

I’m coming up on 30 weeks and had a few situations this week where I got worried. My girl is super active in general but my mind was on a lot of other things and I was really busy so didn’t feel her (or at least notice). I would just take the time drink something cold and lay on your side to do some counts. It worked for me and gave me peace of mind. If you don’t get 10 in an hr see if you get at least 10 in 2hrs but I would let your doctor know even if it’s just 10 in 2 hrs. Better safe than sorry. Also I was getting the cramp pain too a little in my groin and lower left stomach but it subsided if it hadn’t I would have let me doctor know but I’m assuming it was round ligament pains. Seems to be normal though

I hadn’t realized we are supposed to have ten an hour. Every hour? Usually almost all day say working hours when I’m busy I find he is docile. Mornings and evenings he is busy.

Not 10 an hour every hour. Babies sleep up to 20 hours a day in utero so that would be impossible. By this time they should have times of day they’re more active such as after a meal or before bed so you should track 10 movements/hour during one or more of those active times. If they’re not as active, drink ice water or juice to stimulate movement and lay on your side to see if you get 10 movements. If you do all that and get nothing, go to L&D to get checked out.

I bet you baby is perfectly fine, but if you're concerned go to your hospital to the L&D department. She's either fine and they'll give you relief, or there's something going on and you got it checked on in a timely manner.
