Mucinex for pregnancy

Hello all!! I am trying for a baby next week and I was just wondering if this is actually true? Or if anyone has had any luck getting pregnant this way? Thanks in advance!

I've heard from an OBGYN that it can help, but it's not a guarantee. What it does is thins out the cm to make it easier for sperm to enter the cervix.

We had been trying for some time for our second one and I decided to try it cuz I know it couldn't hurt lol I'm not 100% sure if that was it or what it was but I ended up pregnant that same month

I have never heard of this but I’m intrigued. We recently miscarried and are going to be trying again in the near future. what mucinex did you take and how much? For how long before you started trying?

it took us a while before we got pregnant but when we finally did it unfortunately ended in a miscarriage as well but we kept trying and it just wouldn't happen so I tried it and I believe it worked!! I got the regular mucinex but it doesn't matter wich one you take, and you just take one dose of it within 24 hours before you do the deed. I took it for a month straight every time we were gonna do it until about the last week in my cycle, then stopped cuz it wasn't the most tasteful thing lol

I’m gonna try it too!! I’ve never heard of that but I’m also a little sick so hopefully it’ll help both me get pregnant and feel better 🤣🤣

lol best of luck!! I feel raspberry leaf tea works too!! We tried for 11 months with my first one and I finally tried the tea and I really think that helped me! I would just drink one cup of tea a day but definitely stop drinking it a couple days after you believe you ovulated

I don’t know if it was just my time or if it worked, but I’m currently pregnant and I took Mucinex during my ovulation window

and There is mucinex and mucinex DM. Which did you take?

when did you first start the mucinex ? My wife wants to know how many days before ovulation you should start or if you should start before your peak or something ?

I just took it during my fertile window about 30 minutes each time before we had sex

Chemical pregnancy or too early ?

I did a test last night and straight away the positive line came up. When I tested again this morning it’s negative. My period isn’t due until Tuesday but feeling really crap and pregnant for the last week

Anyone had a super early postive ?

Hi am i seeing things ? It's only 6 dpo. I had a chemical pregnancy start of February then a period then a positive ovulation strip a week ago Could this be the left over after the chemical ? It just seems so early. This is an early detection test. This came up within 2 minutes of dipping and it says to wait 3 minutes. I've taken two after that arnt as early detection but still what I think are faint positives ? All appeared withing the recommended time frames xxx

At 8 DPO not even a faint line , a straight negative test . So does that means it’s a no pregnancy for me this month . Or there are future chances for hcg to rise

I’ve been a step mom for over 6 years now and it seems like this year it has all went to hell. My relationship with my step kids, my feelings as a stepmom and everything else in general. I love my husband and he supports me every way he can I just don’t have anyone else in my situation that can help or understands what I’m going through.
