Drooling and fussy

Any of your little ones drool A LOT like just sometimes non stop?. My son is 6 weeks old and will blow spit bubbles and just drool. He is also now really fussy after his 6 week immunisations I'm not sure if it's because of a upset stomach after his oral retrovirus vaccine. Or if he is just fussy. He isn't going his 4 hours. He is now wanting half his feeds every two hours and even then drinks but is also turned off food sometimes. He cries and drops his bottom lip and literally what seems to be nothing. I change him we comfort him we feed him. He also struggles with vomiting after feeding and sometimes SOOO much wind. It's also now harder to burp him. When he was unsettled I gave him 0.5 of Panadol just because I thought maybe he had wind and pains in the belly. And I gave him a nice warm bath. After half hour he fell asleep and seems better.

Sorry for the ramble. Just wondering if it's possible he could be teething? Or if others do this as well with the drool. Because he is always putting his hands in his mouth, sucking on his shirts and or everything he can. I try feed him and nothing he doesn't want it. ( He does drink he isn't completely turned off food just all over the place)
