Hi ladies, which maternity pads to get for heavy flow right after delivery? Also do you recommend to buy disposable mesh post partum panties ?

Hi hun deffo buy the disposable pants i got mine from teaco. Lililets maternity pads are the best as its very heavy lochia after delivery etc. i tried other brands but they just leaked . Happy to send u apicture of the ones im using 13 days pp at the moment
