Potty training 2 toddlers at the same time.

I have been potty training my 2 year old for a few months. She will be 3 in April. We have had some setbacks and it has not been easy. But, she is doing better everyday. My question is…has anyone attempted to potty train 2 toddlers (different ages) at the same time? My youngest is 15 months old and is very verbal for age. She is already telling me when she is going and/or needs to pee or poop. I put her on the potty today and she peed. And she has been telling me when she needs to go. I am not sure if she is just copying her sister or she is really wanting to try. I don’t have any expectations for her being able to be potty trained this early. I just wondered if anyone else had been through this and had any thoughts or advice. TIA!

I got rid of daytime diapers at 15 months for my son and it took about 5 months for him to not be having accidents but wasn’t really taking himself to the bathroom, so some people were like “he’s not potty trained”. Whatever, it worked better for me to have him out of diapers and he seemed much happier out of them. If it works for you go for it but don’t expect that they will be at the same level so to speak.
