Legal question. Please help me

Is it legal for someone (no relation to the child) to post your child on social media with explicitly telling them no, and that they do not have your consent. even if the other parent said yes?

Eeek! It’s such a gray area. You might want to reach out to a non emergency police line and ask them. Don’t know the rules in your state. Is their account private? Did you report the photo to social media? That’s rude that someone posts after you told them no :( I’m sorry!

Report to the social media company and say you don't give consent for your child to be posted. If the other parent does, they can take your child out.
