Roscón

Looks yummy, if you don’t mind me asking what dish is roscón? what is it made out of?

It’s a traditional three kings day sweet bread. Recipes vary, but inside mine is rolled up with cinnamon, vanilla sugar, candied citron, candied lemon, citrus zest, chopped pecan, and sultanas. It’s actually not super sweet because you do a light sprinkling of each.

There’s also a porcelain baby Jesus I bake inside, and whoever finds it gets good luck for the year!
