TW: Mention of abortion
Found out I’m pregnant again, little one is only 6 months old, we stayed up all night discussing it and came to the conclusion now is definitely not the right time. We were as safe as possible and it’s still happened but we just cannot fit another one into our lives right now.
Can anyone advise next steps? Do I phone doctors or midwife? I just need it sorted now.
Also please no judgment.. and no preaching either I know it’s a taboo subject but my mind is made up.

When I phoned the maternity number the first thing they asked is if I planned to continue to pregnancy! This may be how you do it, just phone the nhs maternity number : they are open Monday - Friday x
