Looking for some ways to increase electrolytes in water intake. Coconut water is a favorite of mine but it’s not cheap. Anyone use the liquid iv packs or have suggestions?

I love liquid iv! Also body armor!

I want to give it a try but I hate powder packs because of the taste. Does it give off that powdery taste?

Liquid IV is nice but so expensive! I've started to use nuun tablets. You can find at target and they are better priced

Pink Himalayan or regular sea salt

The packs you add to your water will have so much sugar so be aware of that.

thank you! Do you add anything to cut the salt taste?

thank you! I need to check them out next target run

I dont think so!! But I add it to 40oz

@Brenda I use the sugar free version of liquid iv. Not so bad on taste.

I use sqwincher electrolyte packets! It’s like liquid IV but way cheaper and sugar free! It also doesn’t make the water thick like liquid IV does

sorry girl I didn’t get this notification. You can do lemon in the water or muddle up fruit at the bottom. I just do plain water and salt. Not too much just a few shakes. I noticed when I only had plain water I would have a gallon and still feel dehydrated because I was flushing everything out. We need to replenish our sodium and electrolytes!
