1 year old diarrhea and puke
Monday morning he had diarrhea on and off all day
Then Tuesday morning he had a massive diarrhea and then nothing all day Tuesday
Then last night he puked
And now this morning diarrhea again
Takes his bottle fine ..
Playing and seems himself
No fever
I’m thinking it’s fine unless he gets dehydrated or a fever
Will be monitoring and calling his doctor just in case
He usually just calls and tells me if it’s serious or not after I leave a message about it
First time dealing with puke and diarrhea
So not sure what’s normal … like a cold we wait it out unless it’s serious
Is it the same with stomach stuff

I think kids and babies have a harder time getting stomach viruses out of their bodies so they have longer days of symptoms. Definitely monitor him, it’s possible he ran a fever at some point, especially in the night. Sounds like a bug, so wait it out and treat symptoms 🫶🏼
When my twins had diarrhoea before Christmas their doctor said it's likely a virus, to give milk as usual plus plenty of fluids/normal diet as per their appetite and altaflora serum after each loose stool. Ok if active and passing urine. I used the serum and it helped them loads.. it tastes like vanilla so they were happy to drink it. Hope your LO feels better soon x
