Where’s the dad?
Are you ever at the grocery store somewhere just minding your business and someone older lady comes up to you and asks “oh where’s her dad? Someone as pregnant as you shouldn’t be shopping alone” (I have a 15 month old and am 37 weeks pregnant) and you’re just like “oh he’s on the moon for nasa currently”🙃 like who asks that?! I just can’t believe the amount of times someone has asked me where the dad is 🙄

You know what's wild? When you have a partner and they're just not there with you at the moment when this happens I'm like ??? "Probably minding their own business somewhere unlike you, ma'am."
right?! I’ve honestly said the same thing once to make them uncomfortable 😅 I’m not ashamed of being a single mom but it’s also not my favorite thing to talk about to a stranger at a store they really don’t or they think they have a free pass to say whatever they want because of the “respect your elders” saying 🙄

I’d be pissed and if I was pregnant I’d probably cry 🤦🏽♀️😂 I’m sorry that happened smh.. that’s very inappropriate for a stranger to do. Weird..
I would be lying if I said I didn’t cry in my car after honestly because it is hard none of us planned for our lives to be this way and then someone goes and asks us these things and it doesn’t make it any better 🥴🙃
