REFLUX HELP
So.. Carobel was really working for Hughie’s reflux, he didn’t bring up any sick. He takes 180ml every 3 hours so has a full scoop of Carobel, was keeping him happy for a couple weeks but then he started to get a little bellyache and his poo’s were causing him trouble so we decided to stop giving it to him. Now his reflux is back and causing havoc he screams incessantly around 45/60 minutes before his next feed. Just can’t wait to start giving him solids tbh 🙃
Anyone got any advice? I really don’t want to change his milk again as the HV recommended switching to an anti reflux milk a few months ago but this constipated him (we used SMA), he is back on Kendamil Classic.

My little boy has reflux and has been prescribed omeprazole by the gp! We are only one day one but it is supposed to help.. we tried the anti reflux milk and infant gaviscon and neither really worked
Both of my twins had it.. well the smaller one had it but kinda gotten over it.. the other one has evening colic, I swapped Infacol and Gaviscon on each feed for a couple days it seemed to work xx
Following. My little girl was prescribed famotodine/pepcid for it but after some research ive decided against it. I'm so concerned about it though
My little boy has really bad reflux 🤦🏻♀️ he is always bringing up his feeds and sometimes quite a lot. Cries when being fed and seems so comfortable. He has been on omeprazole for around 3 weeks, I went back to hospital as he was vomited quite a lot and they said to use gavsicon and omeprazole, which has stopped the forceful vomiting but not really much else. We are going to see a Paediatric gastroenterologist today. Maybe you could try the baby gaviscon? X
I use kendamil comfort - but you can only buy in their website. My LO takes to it fine, she still spits up a bit but no where as much on the classic milk. X
My LB was awful on this 🥺 such a shame that all babies are just so so different! X
