My son has this too at the moment! I think it’s dribble rash. I’ve just been putting a bit of aveeno baby moisturiser on it and it seems to help x

We had this today! She was also wearing dungarees and I think the material rubbed her chin wet with dribble after the bath she was fine 😊

Vaseline tends to help when our boys dribbly x
