My husband likes watching youtube to go to bed so usually ill nurse her and she will knock out for the night
TV and phone are off until she goes to sleep. Otherwise, it takes her forever to fall asleep.
I shut off all electronics even my phone and just use a sound machine until she sleeps as background noise
Yes, he falls asleep a lot faster
No TV in the bedroom ever for us, and we try to keep all screens off in the house for the last hour she's awake. Only the sound machine with the nightlight is kept on
