Hello, I am a new mom and I am not sure if I should go to the doctor or this is normal . Can someone tell me if I should be worried

Is it a allergy? Or irritation? Is the second time that it’s happening. After the bath, can be the shower gel or the water too hot (I do 36-37 degrees) ? The one in the photo it went away after applying bepanthen but now it came back on his back and ribs .

the water is the perfect temperature so it’s unlikely that’s the issue, have you started using a new shower gel recently? also what does it feel like and are their any white bumps/heads? i work at a nursery and i’ve seen all sorts of rashes and reactions so although i can’t diagnose i can recognise if it is concerning x
