Last night my LG hands were cold. She's in 6-9months clothes so built in mitts are not always in her sleepsuits.

What i did differently tonight was put socks on her and a heavier sleeping bag tog. I kept the heating on later too and made sure the door was closed so it warmer before putting her in her room.

The temperature has dropped but its warmer than it was last night and her hands at the minute are not ice cold like they were the night before.

Do not worry if their hands or feet feel cool – this is normal.
If the back of their neck or their tummy feels nicely warm then they are fine.
That’s what midwives and health visitors told us.

Mines the same. Cold hands and feet are normal and nothing to worry about.

Yes! Ive started putting scratch mits on and then her sleep suit mits over as she can escape just the suit mits and they aren’t cold anymore x

As long as the baby's core temperature is fine then there is no danger. But I often wonder if my son is uncomfortable with cold hands...I've started putting him in a light dressing gown with long arms to cover his finger tips x
