I heard boots sell lanolin creams as above - eg lanolips, lansinoh. It’s a sheep oil/fat derivative

Mine get like this, I rub a nice natural oil on them that I got in a beauty box and it seems to do the trick by the morning x

I'm a bit odd but I use epiderm ointment which does the trick. I use this for entire body (I have dry skin everywhere including armpits etc) and even during showering instead of gels etc.

There are plenty of nipple creams out there that should help ☺️ x
