4yr old out of control
I need help my 4 year old is making me insane she doesn’t listen to a word I say her potty training has regressed completely back to square one she will legit sit on the potty say she doesn’t have to go then put her pants on and immediately pee, she’s become physical with her little brother (9 months) she legit demands attention 24/7 no amount of time is enough and I don’t know what to do anymore it’s like anything I try doesn’t work and she LOVES to get under my skin and I mean if I am visibly getting upset she is giggling helpppp

Wow I’m sorry to hear y’all are having a hard time. I might try having a day just the two of you where you can talk about big emotions and how to say what you are feeling. I would also get down to her level and very sternly explain what behavior isn’t acceptable and what will happen if that behavior continues. And then be CONSISTENT! I have learned consistency is key. It might seem like it’s not working the first couple but once they know you are serious you start to see change. I would also get very creative with punishment/ consequences. If she gets physical she might have to sit with her hands on a table and not move from that position for 4 mins for example. I hope all gets better. And never underestimate the power of prayer 🙏🏾
