I am taking ubiquinol solgar 200mg and simple 1000 mg omaga 3. I was taking proceive max me and my husband but we both start having issues so I have stoped as they distrub my cycle even ovulation. So now I am taking inessa. Also get back to proxeed men and women advance formula. I also take vitamin E complex
Ubiquinol is slightly better. Omega 3 DHA any reputable brand will be fine. I use Proceive, can't comment on Inessa.
is this in regards to recurrent miscarriages that your taking co enzymes (coQ10) ? i’ve been prescribed 600mg … everywhere suggests 200mg daily so i’m besides myself… any success stories? deffo following as need some myself
I have PCOS and struggled to conceive at all for 3 years. The last 6 months of those 3 years I took coQ10 along with various other supplements and vitamins as per 'it starts with the egg' book. 6 months of doing that I got pregnant with my son. I've been TTC again for 9 months, we got pregnant in the summer but had a MMC in November. So I'm continuing with the supplements and vitamins and hope we can conceive again once my body has recovered, as we had a lot of complications with the MMC and I haven't had a proper cycle since.
@Melanie do you still breastfeed? I want to start taking Uniquinol again because I think it works to have my baby but I am still breastfeeding and there is no information about it being safe or not
I don’t think brands matter that much. The ingredients are the most important thing. I take CoQ10 and a prenatal- I’ve tried different ones and right now I’m taking Olly which I really like. My husband takes coQ10, a prenatal (“One a day”) and ashwaghanda. I don’t know which form of coQ10 is better, I wasn’t aware there were differences. The dosage will be on the packaging, typically 1-2 tablets/day Also, a lot of prenatals have DHA and omega 3 in them. So no need for an additional pill.
