Mat leave and bank holidays

Should get bank hols back too

I asked my hr about this and they said we don’t get them back

I get paid my standard pay for bank holidays on top of my mat pay, this is something they should have discussed with you before you went on mat leave if you’re usually paid bank holidays. They gave me the option to accrue them like holiday or be paid for them

Ask your HR, I accrue mine but looks like not everyone does.
