Propranolol does anyone take this if so how many times a day and do you take it by it self or with other medication

panic attacks and anxiety xx are you just taking it by itself or with another anxiety drug xx
thank you so much as I’m on another anxiety drug but not getting along with it and have also got propranolol to take along side of it so might stop the other one as it’s making me feel shit xx
