Looking for good allergy hotel recommendations for Canary Islands (lanzarote, Tenerife, etc)
My little one is dairy and soya free and our last holiday she was unwell and we found out they were putting butter in the pasta they told us we could eat along with other things too…. Thanks!! 🙏

Can I ask how did you no your LO was allergic to soya?
My LO is CMPA but still sometimes refuses or cries on bottle 🤔 nothing else tho so I think maybe she’s just fussing. As with her CMPA she had bloody poo and terrible skin where we have none of that now. But I’m paranoid any little thing.

She is 2.5 now but just cutting dairy we had small improvements so I was advised to cut soya too. Within 2 weeks it made a huge difference. We then completed the dairy and soya challenges at different intervals over her first year (alongside nutritionist) and she was reacting. She is actually more tolerant to dairy than she is soya. X
