Sick BF mama.

I have an 8 month old and I’m extremely sick rn. i’m an exclusive pumper. Is it ok for me to take dayquil or nyquil while BF?

Check the instructions for the meds but a lot of cold flu remedies have ingredients that can diminish your milk supply, so be careful!
