Sooooo basically my mother in law has my stroller / car seat combo at her house still in the box and ive been asking her to bring it by an i think shes trying to wait until my baby shower on feb 24th (she basically ignores us when we ask) but ive had to go to the hospital already and when i was there i was already starting to dilate an now i feel im going to deliver early im 32 weeks now and know its early so am i overthinking/ overreacting or am i in the right Trying to be prepared ? I honestly have this gut Feeling that im not gonna make it to the 24th but praying i make it full term

Did the hospital say they think you will go into early labor? You can be 1cm dialated for a very long time with no progression. And reasonably, worst case scenario, she can bring the car seat to the hospital if you deliver before the baby shower then your husband can install it there.
Dont you drive? Maybe you or your husband could drive over there to pick it up
Have your partner go pick it up. It's best to be prepared 💯
I currently have no car atm hes working on getting us another car but his credit is bad it going to have to go in my moms car
