The hospital will provide you will a lot. Just ask for extras when you leave.
Peri bottle, tucks cooling pads, dermoplast, laxatives, extra long pads are the things I used.

Peri bottle (portable bidet on ebay/amazon), comfy clothes/pjs and a bag with spare clothes for you and baby incase you end up staying in.
Bring big pads but dont bring loads, hospital will most likely provide them but its nice to have emergency spares. Not everyone bleeds loads after mine was like a normal period so if u want bring some thinner pads as they can be more comfortable if youre not bleeding loads x

Or instead of pads bring incontinence underwear theyre sooo comfy and convenient you just bin them and they dont leak even while you sleep x

For when I got home, in my own restroom, I used a rolling sterlite type drawer cabinet for my past pregnancies. Came in handy. Drawer1: pads, ice packs(the snap and shake pad type)/ Drawer2: underwear, throw away diapers/ Drawer3: dermoplast spray, tucks and peri bottle.
Also have colace(stool softener
also helps to take this before labor) and any other meds you’ll be taking if any.
Make sure you use warm/tempid water in the per bottle. Too cold will be a bit alarming and too hot will undoubtedly be uncomfortable. You’ll figure it out. It becomes like a muscle memory after the first few times you find what works for you.

A hemorrhoid pillow! Also, leave a tumbler in the restroom. Fill it with hot water and put some of it in your peri bottle. Put some cold water, in the peri bottle, so it’s warm and not too hot. I found cold water painful and this was an easy solution, especially since I would need to pee so bad and couldn’t wait until the faucet ran warm water.
