Movable lymph node

Random question. Anyone had a movable lymph node just under the chin? I've had it for about 3 years . Never paid attention to it as it hasn't affected me but just seen it could be cancerous?

I had a swollen one checked by my gp and they just said they change shape all the time, it does seem smaller but it gets enlarged fairly easily! But mine has also been about 3 years now that I've noticed it
