Does it mostly reduce by itself in sometime and as we go running behind our child or we need to do something specific? I know each person and bodies are diff. But just wanted to know

I lost a lot of weight from breastfeeding. I was 228 the day I went to the hospital to get Induced and by 1 month pp I was back to my pre pregnancy weight, 190. And 2 months pp I lost another 20 pounds. I was 170. But now breastfeeding has me eating so much and snacking. I’m around 180.

I am doing weight watchers. My insurance actually is paying for the app version of it. I get so many points and I just track what I eat. I can eat whatever I want but have to be mindful of how many points each thing is to stay in my goal zone. I cut out a lot of sugars. I am a sweet tea girl. I like Milo sweet tea and thankfully the Milo zero calories sweet tea taste almost exactly like their normal sweet tea and it uses the artificial sweetener and it cost me zero points. Plus I am not on birth control as I got my tubes removed and I am also breastfeeding. I weighed 208 pregnancy, 220 when I gave birth and was at 181 when I started weight watchers beginning of December and now am at 166 as of yesterday

For me running, and calorie deficient helped the most. Also taking postpartum acv to boost thyroid and metabolism.

These are really good. I'm not prone to snack as much when I take them https://babyblues.care/collections/all-products/products/apple-cider-vinegar-gummies

This app has been great! I feel more energized! I’m doing a 28 day plan to see if I can loose some weight/get fit. The workouts are light and you can do them anywhere. You can do them free just cancel out the ad spams. Honestly after the 28 days I’m gonna do the subscription. I’m on day 16 :)
