I did... the first two months.. lol..
But I had ppd, I was lactating, I had little sleep.. and to be honest baby was not very interactive, it felt more rewarding when she started interacting more and I started enjoying and really bond with baby once I could get more rest and more help and support.
It also helped when baby started sleeping more at night.
But, I gotta say.. of course I went through a period of griving my old self and freedom..
From having all the time and flexibility with my husband, to not having near as much alone couple time..
Or, before I could buy a ticket to anywhere in the world, put pto and go!! Of course I can't do that now.
So, many aspects I think are common to grieve and think that you are "regretting" it but I think is mostly for lack of proper rest and support, once you have that and also medical support (theraphy) you will start really enjoying the experience.. or that was my case.
