Sleep, leg slamming!
Anyone else's baby started recently lifting their legs up and slamming them down, ALL. BLOODY. NIGHT!!!? Whilst he's still fast asleep.
He has a rocking cot, (which is locked still) which squeaks every time.

Yes mine does the same thing. It’s actually linked to them soothing themselves when transiting between different types of sleep like light sleep to deep sleep etc
Oh that’s interesting! Mine has been doing this for the past week and I wondered if he had a tummy ache or something as it seems so brutal!
Haha, yes. My daughter has always done it. To the extent that we are having to put her in a travel cot instead of the crib as she is getting big and her leg slamming is on another level 🤣 it is a way of self soothing so I wouldn't worry about it. Plus I was told last week that it is a way of them strengthening their core muscles
Ha @Gracie that is exactly why we are moving our daughter into a bigger cot. We quite often wake up to find that her legs are propped up on the side of the crib 🙈
