Early labour

Did you get any sort of feeling or signs leading up to you going into early labour and having bub early? If so what did you feel

I am currently 35 and 5 and I am just so incredibly uncomfortable I just get this crazy feeling that it's a matter of time until I go into labour I definitely thinks it's gunna be early

I was early with my son but that was with inducement due to signs of pre clampsia

I had a baby at 33 weeks.

I had a strong gut feeling that I was going into labor early, but i also got that with my first and she came at 39 weeks. The weeks leading up to labor I had extreme pelvic pain and felt like the baby was super low. The day before I went into labor I felt off- there’s just no other way to describe it.

Best of luck! I recommend lots of water and rest! Take it easy when you can! Also don’t worry. Your baby is so close to term that even if you go into preterm labor, they have a high chance of an extremely short nicu stay and some babies at that age just get to come home! You’re in my prayers!

SPPH (secondary postpartum haemorrhage) due to retained placenta -D&C?

Looking to see if anyone else has experienced this? Currently trying to pass retained tissue ( 4 weeks pp) and finding every day so exhausting just constantly waiting and checking my bleeding. I stopped bleeding on week 2.5/3 then bleeding picked up last Saturday and I haemorrhaged on Thursday morning with a rush to hospital. Everyday since I’m waking up scared I’ll be bleeding out. Worried to go toilet to check, I’m not convinced I’ll be passing it naturally and I’m worried I’ll need a D&C… has anyone had this? My retained tissue is 2cm so they said it’s small but I have no signs of passing it or blood changing colour to show slowing down.

Anyone use the owlet sock for newborn? Is it worth the price and what are some pros / cons?

39 weeks pregnant FTM

39 weeks baby hasn’t come yet and I am just full of anxiety. I am trying to relax. I am trying to chill, but I can’t chill. I do not want to be induced. I would love to have her natural. Issue is I am tight down there and petite and baby is measuring big like the head especially. I know that measurements can be off. But I have photos! And she is a chunk. This is so unpredictable. How do I just put my faith forward and trust in God and how do I let go of this anxiety? I am doing fine and then boom it hits me and I want to ball my eyes out. I am trying to treat myself and do little things but driving or doing anything is so hard now and I’m so huge and uncomfortable …I’m at my breaking point 😭

So ready for second trimester 🥲

I really really hate the first trimester. It’s exhausting, no appetite, not enough hours to get the amount of sleep I need, headaches, smell sensitivity, and overall just feeling like crap! And I don’t want to announce anything until 14 weeks since I’ve had losses before, and it’s getting really hard to hide it from my friends. Two more weeks to go….

Just needed to vent to others who understand!
