What did you eat for breakfast? Mine is early on Saturday morning and I’m super healthy but want to eat/drink the choice for most accurate results.
Thanks! :)

Yes! Egg whites, since the yolk is a carb. I also packed a snack to eat after the test.

Only eat protein! No fat, sugar, etc and then no water after you take the glucose drink

Scrambled eggs on a toasted English muffin

I had an egg salad sandwich

Bacon egg and cheese on English muffin lollll

I plan to do my usual breakfast but modified…1 egg (maybe just do the whites) with lactose free cottage cheese, half an avocado, an orange and I may do half the sourdough I normally do.
Not going to do my usual coffee but will do some caffeine free tea and water before hand.

I was told to fast 5 hours before my appointment. I passed!

I passed by quite a few points and ate a homemade kale salad the morning of my test. My test was at 9:30 and I’m not a big breakfast person, so I didn’t eat much. I was just told to not eat a bunch of carbs or anything with sugar.

I had 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites scrambled with spinach and a little ketchup on top

Thank you all!

Honestly mine was first thing in the morning so i didn’t eat and just packed a whole bag of snack to eat as soon as I was done!😂 i still only passed by a point though🤦🏽♀️

I drank water and ate a sausage Mcmuffin from McDonald's lol.

Oatmeal with milk, blueberries and an apple

Plain oatmeal

I honestly just fast just to make sure it wasn't going to be high and I past.
