I have. I've been in a calorie deficit and lost it whilst on IUD x

I was the smallest ever when I had my IUD so yes? Hahaha idk if that was the reason I was so skinny but if it is I’d get another! 😂😂😂

Not sure if it’s the iud or that I was the one running around doing baby duty, toddler duty and now 6yr old chaos and probably not eating right, but I gained 25 pounds while pregnant and lost that right away and have been holding around 30 pounds prepregnancy weight since. So prepregnancy I was 173, I’m now at 145.

I’m not gaining or loosing any at all, but I look so much bigger. I think it’s possibly just bloating or water weight.

I’ve had one for a total of 12 years on and off. It doesn’t interfere when I’m cutting.

If we’re supposed to be losing weight with the IUD mine is failing me 😆

Lol no. I want to loose weight and im on the IUD. that’s why I was asking bc I heard a lot of women say they can’t loose weight on the IUD.

Update: I'm getting my removed on the 19th, I genuinely cannot get my body back to where I want it AT ALL. No amount of gym time or dieting is helping. I'll lyk it I see improvement when it's gone 😭
