Should I take him to the Hospital?

I would take him, just to make sure

I would for your your peice of mind. Otherwise your going to keep thinking what if you should.

You are his momma. You know best. But if it was me, I wouldn't take him in. Keep an eye on him. And make sure the dump doesn't go inwards

As long as he didn’t hit his head hard enough to go unconscious, his pupils aren’t dilated and he didn’t throw up or anything he will be fine.

It the swelling from the site worsens I would take him

Lots of germ exposure in hospital so I wouldn't unless something seems alarming

Maybe take him to a children’s urgent care? I will say this, when my son hit his head and it swelled up the doctor at the hospital said this to me “If it’s swelling out, that means it’s not swelling in” which is a good thing! You’re his momma so you do what is best for him, but please remember that ERs are extremely full this time of year and not every hospital has a children’s ER so if you do take him, find a hospital with a children’s ER otherwise you will be waiting for hours upon hours with the adults.
