What sicknesses are going around? My son just threw up and it seemed really random because he didn’t seem sick or anything.

Any c/o sore throat? Eating and drinking normal? Vomiting is a symptom of strep if nothing else is going on.
he ate and drank normal today
Sometimes kids just throw up. I’d just monitor him and he doesn’t have a fever or complaining of anything he’s probably fine. I’d just have him eat light for the next 24 hours.
It’s a viral Sickness going around in children especially preschool kids
