They are accepting new patients! I just went through calling numerous pediatricians the other week. You register through their website and then they will reach out to you via email with paperwork/further instructions:)

My 7 week old goes to PDC Pediatrics, by Landstown High School & Sentara Princess Anne (I think they have a Norfolk office too though). He sees Dr. Gabriel & she’s fantastic! She’s so good with him and she’s very patient with all of our first-time-parent jitters.

CHKD Pediatric Diagnostic Center.
The docs and nurses have been great and if you go to urgent care- if you go to one through CHKD they easily already have the records and your information. A lot less work.
