Formula poop

Hi! I’m switching from expressed breast milk to formula for my baby… the doctor says his poop is abnormal as it has started to be pasty and green and every 2 to 3 days. It’s a partially hydrolysed cow’s milk formula (just a sensitive one). Does this sound ok?

I ebf but I was recently talking to a mom who’s baby was having issues with dairy on formula and they switched to vegan formula, have you tried that?

When I switched from putting more formula than breastmilk this happened to my baby. Dark green and pasty and not pooping every day. Just follow up w the dr. I showed ours a pic of her poo and he said normal
