I get the same, particularly in the evening and overnight. If I drink more I end getting up a lot in the night for the loo, but if I don’t drink I wake up feeling really thirsty and with a really dry mouth. I feel like I can’t win! X

Chewing gum?

I found that at night I was ‘mouth breathing’ because my nose was blocked up which made it worse x
drinking more doesn’t seem to sort it out for me! Doesn’t seem to be linked with hydration at all.
I actually haven’t tried chewing gum but feel that’s a really good idea. Thank you!

Omg I am the same! It’s driving me insane. When will this end?
me too!! I feel like I’m constantly drinking too, to try to combat it, but nothing is working!! It’s just horrid xx

I've been experiencing dry mouth (esp worse in the evenings when I sleep) since first trimester! I actually thought its my bedroom air which is particularly dry. I just take sips of water to cope with it.

It's can be a symptom of low iron. You could ask to get your iron levels checked x
thank you! I didn’t know this, so that’s really helpful xx
