My niece did it and when she got older she thought it was so funny to say dada when you asked her to say mama.

My son says mama and dada but he kind of uses them interchangeably lol

My girl says mama for both of us and says Dada like 50% of the time lol

My baby very much says mama for me and dada for her dad and nana for my mom. But she purposely says the wrong ones to us with a smile on her face. 🤣🤣 like she will look at nana and only say mama. Or look at me and smile and say “dada”, I’ll say “no, mama” and she will smile again and say “nana”. Haha. Maybe he is doing it on purpose? Or maybe dada is just easier for him to say right now. He will get there. Every baby develops at their own pace.

My son says momma on the regular. Will rarely say dada

Mine only in the last day or so has decided I'm mama when she's not upset. Before I would only hear mama when she was crying which obviously broke my heart to hear 😭 but I think she has the general idea of who we are

Yes she call everyone dada😭😂

my son knows mama and dada. he has been saying dada for my husband a lot more than he asks for me. he is a daddy’s boy at the moment
