Suggestions on what lactose free milk to use
My baby is turning one in 20 days he is lactose free and has been on soy formula since 3 months. My ped wants him on regular milk after his birthday but he projectile vomits and get super fussy when he has lactose unless it’s cheese or mini go yogurt cups.
If your baby is lactose intolerant what alternatives do you suggest he has tried oat milk and doesn’t get sick but what are some others I can try?

My daughter loves soymilk. We are going to do whole unhomogenized milk for her milk but she has always enjoyed a slurp of unsweetened soymilk (she's had tastes of it since 6mo)
Goat milk. Only few store carry. Fortinos does. I have heard mommas opting for it cz their child did not accept the cow milk for some lr the other reason
