Non molestation
Should I take a non molestation order out ?
I’m worried for my safety long term but at the moment my ex has left me alone. Would I be able to still take out an order ?

I agree with the above. You'd have to explain the whole situation, as to why you think you need this put in place etc. Legal advise is the only way to proceed x
