Yes! Scariest thing! I’m so sorry :( I had it at 8 weeks and was prescribed progesterone. It went away and wasn’t noticeable at 10 weeks anymore.
The way one doctor described it that helped me was, this can happen, a lot of times when the placenta is still forming, it forms blood vessels and create pools of blood. It could and hopefully will go away. Sending prayers to you and your baby!

I’m curious if your doctor is having you do anything to prevent anything happen? My doctor told me to play it safe and not work out or have sex until I’m in the clear. My baby is almost at 13 weeks and perfectly healthy now ❤️

I haven’t been having sex since I found out. And I just been taking it easy at work no lifting at all and mainly resting

Yes, it's called a subchorionic hematoma if you wanna look it up. Mine resolved by 15 weeks. Take it easy, go on pelvic rest, no working out. I was a mess, so I know it's easier said than done, but try to find ways to relax

SPPH (secondary postpartum haemorrhage) due to retained placenta -D&C?

Looking to see if anyone else has experienced this? Currently trying to pass retained tissue ( 4 weeks pp) and finding every day so exhausting just constantly waiting and checking my bleeding. I stopped bleeding on week 2.5/3 then bleeding picked up last Saturday and I haemorrhaged on Thursday morning with a rush to hospital. Everyday since I’m waking up scared I’ll be bleeding out. Worried to go toilet to check, I’m not convinced I’ll be passing it naturally and I’m worried I’ll need a D&C… has anyone had this? My retained tissue is 2cm so they said it’s small but I have no signs of passing it or blood changing colour to show slowing down.

39 weeks pregnant FTM

39 weeks baby hasn’t come yet and I am just full of anxiety. I am trying to relax. I am trying to chill, but I can’t chill. I do not want to be induced. I would love to have her natural. Issue is I am tight down there and petite and baby is measuring big like the head especially. I know that measurements can be off. But I have photos! And she is a chunk. This is so unpredictable. How do I just put my faith forward and trust in God and how do I let go of this anxiety? I am doing fine and then boom it hits me and I want to ball my eyes out. I am trying to treat myself and do little things but driving or doing anything is so hard now and I’m so huge and uncomfortable …I’m at my breaking point 😭

So ready for second trimester 🥲

I really really hate the first trimester. It’s exhausting, no appetite, not enough hours to get the amount of sleep I need, headaches, smell sensitivity, and overall just feeling like crap! And I don’t want to announce anything until 14 weeks since I’ve had losses before, and it’s getting really hard to hide it from my friends. Two more weeks to go….
