Baby has white spot inside inner cheeks??

So I found two white spots inside my babies inner cheek and wondering if that could be thrush? I’m exclusive breastfeeding as well. I took it out with a q tip. I wasn’t sure if it’s milk residue or yeast infection inside the mouth. When I was pregnant I had ongoing yeast but when my water broke doctors said I didn’t have anything. Idk if I’m misdiagnosed or if my baby caught it.

I would get it checked out my daughter had the same thing
They usually say if you can take it out with wiping then it’s just milk but I would get it checked out to be safe
