Is the measles rash itchy ?
My LO developed a rash on her face and behind her ears after a few days of having a high fever. She seems to be scratching her face constantly with her hands and on the floor and crying non stop like it’s super itchy. From what I can see online it could be many different things. Can’t take her to the doctors because it could be contagious so they will ask me not to come in.

I'd definitely still ring the doctors as they may ask for pics. I would put some baby wipes in the fridge and wipe her face regularly. There is also calamine lotion that's good for that sort of thing x
If you phone 111 they have a facility where you can send a picture?
I called and they just told me to take her to a&e
Would they not refer you to out of hours doctor or same day emergency care if you requested it? Sometimes that’s better then sitting in a and e x
