Lumps at base of head
Anyone else baby have a lumpy back of the head? My LB is 8 months old and we’ve been on a few trips to the GP about these lumps. They’re not movable but feel like tissue/ muscle. Dr didn’t know what they are but she wasn’t concerned and just thinks he has a lumpy head especially as it’s on the larger side (95th centile) it could just be muscle built from carrying it. Anyone elses babies have this? Hard not to worry as a FTM. When I feel my own head I have two lumps as well so it could be perfectly normal. Just looking for reassurance really. Thank you!

Yep my daughter's noggin looked just like this. Was just her head. She has a massive head too 🤣🤣. She's 2.5 now no issues at all

To me it looks like neck muscles which would be totally normal but you’ve definitely done the right thing by seeing your GP if you’re worried! 😊
