Leaking nipples and cracked and bleeding
I’m 23 weeks pregnant and my nipples have been leaking with any type of pressure being applied to my breast since about 21 weeks. E.g laying on my side and my arm is pressed to the side of it or sitting with bad posture so my breast is pressing against my belly Is this normal? It ranges from a little single drop to a big wet patch in my top from it. It’s a yellow ish colour. I HATE wearing bras so I’ve also struggled to find breast pads that stick to my breast rather than a bra if anyone knows where I could find these. I also have been having pretty dry cracked nipples and when I pick it off (which I’ve stopped doing) there’s blood. Would appreciate any advice on this and how to help it. Thank you ☺️

Lilypadz stick directly to breast I’m sure! It’s just a little colostrum and totally nothing to worry about. X
I’ve not had any colostrum leaking yet! But I’ve had dry itchy cracked nipples for a while, I got a free sample of HPA Lanolin Nipple cream from Lansinoh which has been a game changer! Highly recommend that to help with the dryness! :)
You’re leaking colostrum, that’s perfectly normal at this stage. I would buy some nipple balm to help with the cracking and stop them feeling so sore. I’m not sure the lilypadz would stick on with that though. I wear wireless bralets which I find more comfortable and you can pop in some breast pads to catch any leaks. You’ll probably be leaking for quite some time when baby is here so they wouldn’t be a bad investment x
