Skin condition

Hiya - Has anyone experienced anything like this before? My little boy has these red patches around his mouth. He was given Hydrocortisone cream, it did nothing. Since Thursday we're trying Crystacide which seems to have just bought it out more. I think I'll be back on the phone to the GP tomorrow. It doesn't seem to be bothering him, although he is asking for his dummy a lot more this past week...
