3 week acne
Is this acne normal for a 3 week old? The red spots on his cheeks and those white ones on his forehead? Do i leave them as it is?

Yup! It'll go away on its own but you can use breastmilk if you want. I did that and Vaseline but no need to. It's just baby acne.
even the white ones on his forehead? I was thinking maybe keeping his hat on is causing it? But if its normal il let it be. Thank you😊

Hat will probably make it worse from something against it and heat but either way watch for a few days and see what happens. My baby was minor compared to that.
